Service Scope

Your DNA Unlocked provides informational genomic analysis based on uploaded data files. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information
• Upload only files you are authorized to use
• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
• Use the service lawfully and responsibly

Medical Disclaimer

Reports are for educational and informational purposes only. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals before making medical or treatment decisions.

Payments and Billing

Paid features are processed through Stripe and may include one-time and subscription billing. You are responsible for charges authorized through your account.

Account and Data Deletion

You may permanently delete genome/report data from settings. After deletion, new reports require a new genome upload and analysis run.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties and liability is limited for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
